Our infrastructure and policies support compliance with key federal and state laws—including COPPA, FERPA, and SOPPA—so schools and districts can use Speakable with confidence.

If you’re a teacher, school, district, or other educational organization using Speakable’s student-facing tools, your use of these tools is covered by our Student Data Privacy Addendum. If your organization prefers to sign a custom agreement instead, you can do so using one of the options below—either through the Student Data Privacy Consortium (SDPC) or by sending us your own DPA.
